DYNAFLUID® multifluid thermal oxidizer

DYNAFLUID® is a thermal oxidizer for liquid or gaseous wastes or mixtures of both. Thermal oxidation means that the products are reacting with oxygen (usually from the outside air) at high temperature. It is important to create the necessary conditions of good combustion in order to avoid the formation of byproducts of incomplete oxidation, which are often toxic (CO, H2, ...).

DYNAFLUID® is a combination of a burner with a combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is a horizontally mounted cylindrical vessel. The burner consists of a series of coaxial injection nozzles, one for each product (liquid waste, gaseous waste, ...). The wastes are atomized using compressed air.

The DYNAFLUID® system creates an excellent combustion environment by optimising the three T's: Temperature, Turbulence and (residence) Time.
